Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Langham London was overall really good, marked by beautiful accommodations and excellent service, especially from staff members like Cristina and Janet in the Club lounge. The exquisite breakfast options stood out, though I did experience some confusion during check-out. It's evident that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction, creating a luxurious atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed.
I had a mixed experience at The Langham London. While the staff's attentiveness and the elegant decor truly impressed me, numerous issues like a late check-in, noisy nights due to proximity to lifts, and subpar dining experiences detracted from what I expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, it didn't feel deserving of its esteemed reputation during my stay.
My stay at The Langham London was definitely nice. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and I had the best night's sleep thanks to the comfy bedding. However, I experienced some hiccups with the room's wardrobe and safe, which were a bit annoying. On the upside, the staff was absolutely fabulous, always friendly and attentive. I'd say it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a luxe experience in London.
My stay at The Langham London was good, especially with their enchanting Christmas decorations that added a magical touch. The staff, particularly Eleonora and Marcin, were exceptionally attentive, making my experience all the more enjoyable. However, I was slightly disappointed by the new cocktail menu at Artesian, which seemed less creative than before. Overall, it’s a truly fabulous hotel that I can’t wait to visit again next year.
My stay at The Langham London was truly nice, with really good service and luxurious amenities that made it a delight. However, I did notice a few areas where the hotel could improve, particularly with room service efficiency. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend! 🌟
